WONDERFUL!!!. Went there to get a foil and haircut, been to so many other salons and I always end up paying a fortune plus they never get it right! For once I am completely Happy! My color is shiny and flattering and the haircut has so much body, I feel like a new woman! Best part is the price was right. They where up front about it (no sudden extra charges) and very professional. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

Love this salon so much!. Just had another Hightlight and Haircut at Studio 904 Mercer Island. I've been going there more than 10 years and they've never disappointed in me. The staff is very friendly and professional and know what they do. They listen to your need and will give you the best. The salon atomospher is very warm and comfortable, you cannot see it from the outside. Parking is Free and they're plenty. I recently saw the news in the news paper that they voted #1 place to visit for a haircut in Mercer Island! No wonder I cannot live without them!

Horrible!. People there were nice, but the hair stylist didn't know what she was doing. I asked her for a specific hair cut, and the front desk and she said she was experienced but she ended up cutting my bangs about 2 inches shorter than I asked her and it wasn't even straight. The sides looked choppy and they weren't even layered right. The master hair stylist tried to fix my hair, but what' cut is cut, she told me to wait 'till my hair grows out. Easy for them to say. I had to deal with this hair cut for the next few weeks.

On top of that, they had the gut to ask me to pay for their non-skilled hair stylist who gave me the worst hair cut ever.

I couldn't put my hair down for more than a month.
