Pathetic customer service - do not go there.
On more than one occasion, I have had an opportunity to experience, Great Clips at its worst. The customer counts for naught and I am never going to this location again! Save your money and go elsewhere! This location does not know how to treat customers.
Yesterday, after a phone call to the location, my wife confirmed that it was OK to come in upto 6 PM - this location is open till 6 on Sat - and we drove to the location. My wife dropped me off around 5:40 PM and drove off to complete some errands. When I walked in, I was told, that I could not be accomodated. Why I asked? I just called to confirm. Well, I already have a customer. OK so I must not be important enough to qualify ? Mind you, I have been there at least 6-8 times over the past 2 years. The girl was insistent and unapologetic - there was no way I could be accomodated. When I protested, she simply repeated what she had said and I left in a huff. I called my wife who had not driven very far. She came back to pick me up and walked in and asked to speak to the person who had answered the phone call. The manager or senior person was very rude that she had said that she could not take me then and refused to discuss the issue saying she knew what she had said and she was not going to argue. Nonetheless, she continued to argue about what was said. I finally told my wife that these folks were not worth our time, in fact they were not worth anything! And we left. I am never going back there again! If you value your dignity and value your time, please do yourself a favor and do not patronize Great Clips - apparently the customer is not important enough to deserve simple courtesy and service!
