Wonderful - Can't ask for more!

An emergency brought us to Brookfield, but I should back up a bit and say that good friends had been urging us to consider Brookfield for several years. We had been reluctant because of our great 20+ year relationship with Bothell Pet Hosptal (also a 5 star vet clinic!), but as we live in Redmond -- getting to Bothell was a long commute each & every time.

So about the emergency -- Brookfield staff got us in very promptly, and cleaned & sewed up the wound super promptly, with Excellent follow-up calls & exams & stich removal. All perfect.

Since then, we've been back for "Comprehensive Check-Ups", and most importantly, thanks to the extremely detailed exam by Dr. Erin Russell following an episode of lethargy -- we became aware of a serious internal condition -- and have been able to manage it very well with the help of *EVERYONE* at Brookfield.

Because of the serious condition of one of our pets, we have been down at Brookfield a great deal, have met all of the doctors, vet techs, and office staff - and all are absolutely top notch.

I am typically a pretty harsh critic on review sites (feeling organizations only improve if they get the facts of where they need to improve), but in the case of Brookfield -- I can only say... Please keep up what you're doing!

Loving staff, convenient location and hours

I moved to Redmond in 2004 with my then-12-year-old cat. A friend recommended Brookfield to me and I have been going there ever since! The staff was unfailingly friendly and caring; they loved Princess as much as I did. They sent reminders when she was due for checkups (helpful to me!) but didn't recommend unnecessary care. She developed a chronic illness late in life but they kept working with us and because of them she had more and better years at the end. When she died (at 18, due to natural causes), they even sent me a sympathy card! If I ever own another pet, I will definitely come back.

The one thing I can't comment on is their relative price. What they charged seemed reasonable to me, who is willing to pay some but only so much for a pet, but I didn't shop around because their service was invaluable.

The greatest care and service

We have been clients of Brookfield's for a few months now, and we're extremely happy by the professional and loving care they give our dogs. Their availability is great - 6 days a week, almost any hour during the day, they are always respectful, attentive and patient when we need them, and by far this is the best vet clinic I've worked with since I first got my dog, 10 years ago.

Caring Veterinarian's Office

My husband and I got a new puppy from a shelter. Since this is the first time we are dog owners, we needed a little guidance. We choose Brookfield because of the good reviews and the convenient location to our home.

On our first visit we were there for about 2 hours. The staff was extremely helpful in going over everything with us from what to feed him, what toys we should get, etc. I felt like they genuinely care about our dog. The doctors are very nice and professional.

Our dog was having some well...digestive issues....and I called up the office and got advice on how to handle it over the phone. I was relived that I didn't have to take him in.

I would recommend this veterinarian office. They seem to be a little bit on the expensive side BUT we didn't shop around and I don't have prior experience to tell me if they really are on the higher end. We decided that even if they are a little higher than other places we would rather pay the extra money so our dog has the best care.

Patient vet...even with a temperamental cat

I love these guys. While living in Redmond, I regularly visited this office with my fussy feline and my geriatric dog. The office was always clean, the staff was always pleasant, Saturday hours made visiting very convenient, and the doctors were always patient and made me feel like my animals were getting very competent care. My favorite vet was Dr. Marie Robinson. She's the one I'd see the most. I spoke with the male doctor on staff over the phone and he was also very hlepful and thorough. I highly recommend this sunny office.

• Pros: Bright, clean space with pleasant staff
• Cons: If you're not somewhat familiar w/ Redmond, it could be a little tough to find.
