Love the Lunch Bento Boxes. I've been to the Bento Box several times for both lunch and dinner. The food is fresh and tasty. The prices are decent.

The seating is uncomfortable and close and when the restaurant is busy the service is slow and sometimes out of order, even if you're being waited on my the same person. If you have time, though, it is definitely worth the wait to eat here.

I highly recommend the Bento Box.

Excellent Customer Service, Fabulous Food. I must admit that I frequent this restaurant sometimes 2-3 times per week. Mostly for lunch, though when in the area is my first choice as well for dinner. The variety of great dishes keeps things from getting dull, and even after 4 years of eating here, I still find myself surprised with a "new" favorite. At this point, our favorite waitstaff hugs us on occation and you just don't get that anymore unless you are in a small town where the waitstaff is your cousin or aunt or some in-law from a distant relative :-) I would recomend The Bento Box to anyone wanting great service, food, and atmosphere! The Sushi is ..... well it is as if you were sitting in some seattle top end Sushi bar... soooo fresh, soooo delicious! Perfection is a criteria for this restaurant, and they definately deliver.

Watch your CC statement!!!. The food here is fine and all but they overcharged my credit card $10 and when i called to tell them they needed to fix it and they told me to call back later. I did and they asked for my CC# and then told me to call back later again. Instead of refunding me my money they double charged me the original amount!!!! my $25 meal became $70. They did not offer me anything for my trouble and were rudely adamant about making sure that I was still going to be charged $25. So watch out!!!!!!!!

Very high quality japanese restaurant!. They have variety of teriyaki and sushi bento combinations and it will be very easy to get addicted to one of those lunch specials especially their Deluxe Bento, yum~

It gets very busy during lunch hours and its worth the wait. Their sushi is really good and fresh. The restaurant is very clean and neat with excellent customer service. Once you try good quality food with the reasonable price you can't help but keep coming back to this restaurant for more.

Korean and Japanese in one place!. This is where we go when we can't decide between Korean bbq and sushi - because they have both! The service is excellent, and though the seats aren't the most comfortable, you can watch your food being prepared in the open kitchen and drink some green tea while you wait for your food.

We've found that some of the best food around is in strip malls, and Bento Box doesn't break that rule. The tempura is crisp, the sushi is rolled tightly, and there are more dinner combinations than you can shake a stick at if you'd like a little of this and a little of that.

Somewhat pricey, but good quality food.
