The Scene – The crowd changes by time: Business lunches on weekdays, a mix of families and groups in the evening and moviegoers on weekends. It's one big, happy room, with a large dining area raised in the center under curvaceous lines of a partial suspended ceiling that's hung below industrial-chic ductwork. – – The Food – Best-of honors fell to a perky version of the stuffed-jalapeno standard. Wood-grilled dishes are also highly successful, while fruitwood-smoked meats and fish are outstanding. In particular: grilled pork chops atop apple slices and a cider cream,…

I have ate with a group of 4 to 6 friends, monthly to bi-weekly, at Cohos throughout the past year, at least once a month. I like the service I've received and the restaurant has a nice touch.
Their first mistake was to get rid of the Tiramisu for no good reason. A group of us went to Cohos just just for desert. Ever since they got rid of it we have never ordered desert. I guess we are spiteful.
More recently, they stopped giving bread! Seems pretty ridiculous. Now I feel cheated.
Needless to say. Our group is going to start going somewhere else.
- Pros: Parking
- Cons: No desert worth getting, No free bread, Generally a wait to be seated

I love eating at the Coho Cafe!! I like the fact that their food isn't just sesfood! My favorites are the rib appitizer, the steamed clams, they have a very hearty grilled chicken club and tasty coco prawns with a lime dipping sauce. There is fun salads like the Asian chicken or seafood chop. Also I love the yummy deserts aswell, like the berry cobler and lava cake! i love it all and I alway anticipate my return! The staff is friendly and seem to all try really hard to work together as a team. I can always find someone to asnwer my questions, bring bread or any other needs. Plus to top it all of thee is a terrific bar that serves happy hour twice daily. I love this place and admire how hard the staff work here. Those of you who write complaints about a none 5 star experience are the kind of people who don't see the greater good in the efforts put out from these staff members and have different opions on what can be considers as "the perfect meal". Even if the food wasn't the best I ever had, if there staff is friendly and attentive then they deserve more than a fowl tempered degenerate bringing them down. If you haven't seen the movie 'Waiting' then you wouldn't understand... "DONT BE AN A-HOLE TO THE PEOPLE WHO HANDLE YOUR FOOD"
- Pros: friendly staff, great menu, nice seating, welcoming decor
- Cons: none!
excellent food, extremely excellent staff!

I went to the Coho Cafe in Redmond last Saturday around 4:30. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased or impressed. My friend and I were immediately greeted by an extremely friendly hostess, who seemed to go out of her way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. She even got our drinks started, and later helped serve our meals. Our server was very attentive, but never intrusive. Any and all questions we had were answered with ease, and it was very clear he knew the menu well. We started with the crab tower, and ceviche, which were both refreshing and delicious. I chose the seafood fettuccine, which left me full and satisfied. My friend chose the macadamia prawns from the new promotion, and almost licked the plate clean. The pineapple banana salsa definitely made that dish. The menu has something for absolutely everyone, which is excellent for picky eaters. Our drinks were never empty, and our dinner was timed to the tee. I would definitely consider myself a happy customer. There is a clear sense of teamwork at Coho, and I fully intend to return for the staff alone! It's just an added bonus that the food is delicious and reasonably priced. I fully recommend this restaurant to everyone, unless you've got a hearing problem...because it got fairly noisy. I look forward to my next dining experience there.
- Pros: very friendly staff, delicious food.
- Cons: somewhat noisy.
