Very Happy with Service. Well I too am not usually one to leave reviews but nowadays with everything being looked up on the internet, I'm starting to leave my thoughts so others can possibly benefit from them.

After calling the office and getting a quote; which I thought was a very fair price, I set up the appointment. The crew that came to my home was efficient, cleaning areas I don't often think about.

My house was clean and I was very happy with the service. And as was already stated, they give you a reminder call the day before your appointment. I need that kind of service with my busy schedule.

I am still using them and have purchased a gift certificate for a friend of mine. Thanks guys!

good service. They're pretty good. Mrs Clean's team came in and cleaned my house from top to bottom- even things I didn't expect. My house was shining and smelled really fresh (I didn't expect that!) I'll use them again.

I love these guys!. After checking prices on housecleaning and looking their company up on the Better Business Bureau I decided to give Mrs. Clean a try. I called the office for a quote and the person who answered was very friendly and informative. I was given an approximate price range that is based on how long they estimate it would take to clean my house.

The crew came to my house and did an excellent job! They really paid attention to detail and even cleaned the cobwebs in the laundry room! I have spent hours cleaning and it never looked this good. After they were done, they asked to do a walk through to make sure I was totally satisfied with the cleaning. I was thrilled!

The best part was that after all was said and done, the bill was lower than I expected! How often does that happen?

Mrs. Clean really does an excellent job, very reasonably priced and the cleaners are friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone!

Not good customer service. When I asked for quote for a house cleaning, the person I talked with was not friendly at all. Next time I talked with a manager to set a schedule for weekly house cleaning, she told me that her company does not cover my area. I told the manager that I gave her employee all my information and the employee confirmed the company will be able to give me a house cleaning service. Then, the manager told me to check my file and give me a call within 15 minutes. Never heard from her since then!

very dissapointed. I hired cleaners from Mrs Clean to help me out with a special event. I had houseguests arriving in town and wanted my little apartment to be sparkling. On the day of my cleaning, the employee called and announced that she would be at my door just as soon as she could find parking. Five minutes later, I get a call from the main office saying they would be unable to clean my house due to lack of parking. I offered to move my car so they could take my spot, but the employee did not think her car would fit there. I offered to pay for parking at a lot ONE BLOCK AWAY, and pointed out that equipment could be unloaded in front of the door at a designated loading zone. Still, I was refused.

The ladies themselves were not rude, but their uncompromising attutudes were a big dissapointment. I would NOT recommend this service.

Great House Cleaning Service. I don't usually post comments, but I absolutely had to leave a comment about Mrs Clean. I have been with Mrs Clean for 1 1/2 years. They have been unfailingly friendly, professional, curtious and responsive. They provide a remider call the day before, and I have never had a problem with the service. This is one very busy company, and they came highly recommended to me by several coworkers. They must be doing something right. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

DO NOT USE THEM!. It seems that associates at Mrs. Clean have no value in your business. Based on their customer service and performance, I can firmly exclaim DO NOT USE THEM! For my situation, it was urgent that this house be cleaned by X time. Mrs. Clean assured us the job would be completed by then. We even rec'd a confirmation call the day before. Two and a half hours past the we needed the house cleaned, we find out their cleaners had not been to the house, stopped for lunch, and was stuck in traffic.

To them this is acceptable, to me an other customers I say not soo much.

horible customer service. I had a problem with them in regards of what I wanted done in the house. They said they would come back and fix it but never did. When I called back to find out why, I was accused of lying and setting up the situation so I could get free services. The owner was verbally abusive, I had to try to calm him down. I have NEVER been treated so bad in my life. I lost a few nights sleep over the confrontation.
