Neil and Noreen along with everyone in the shop take pride in the work they do and it shows - just don't expect any fancy talk or schmoozing, these are real people you are dealing with. I appreciate that over the 4 other shops I took it to for an estimate first where I could see junk stuck in the paint after they were done but assured me "that's normal". It isn't by Millen's standards! Red Jeep is going in next for some door damage & paint, I know it will look brand new when they are done, no doubt about it.

Wouldn't take any of my 5 vehicles anywhere else but Millen's. Couple of months ago my truck was keyed all the way around (ex-house sitter that wanted to date my son, weirdness) and when I went to check on it, Neil showed me my truck in the state of the art paint booth. I actually did not believe it was my truck until he told me it was - it looked like it rolled off the show room floor! Since it is a truck and 11 yrs old there were dents all around the bed and doors so I asked if those could be taken out at the same time, his team went to work and for a little extra over what insurance paid every dent was taken out. Now I have a brand new looking truck with a perfect paint job, factory color, no miss-match. They even cleaned all the fir needles out of the vents, cat whiskers (fuzzy strip on your windows), mirrors and interior when it was all done. To say it was done properly is an understatement!

I sent a friend there about a year ago for work on her 5 series BMW and it was flawless. As my friends were out of town Neil called me to come down and look it over before they wrapped up. Needless to say - my Microsoft buddies were pleased. Millen also saved my favorite custom truck I have had for 22years after I got rear ended. They handled the insurance claims and helped fight to fix it right!

Ok, I just crunched the back hatch of our 2009 Black Tahoe. Millen did AWESOME body work on it and the paint looks great! I was at the dealership the other day and they flipped when I told them the hatch and bumper cover had been repainted. The cover wrapped on the sides and it is so tough to match up - however they nailed it. Thanks Greg, Scott and Neil!

I am still amazed of their service and kindness that they showed me on the water leakage repair. They had my car at their shop for about 10 days to find out thoroughly where the water leaked. Neil who is the owner of the shop called me to pick up my car and told me that I did not owe him any for the repair. He even paid for a rental car for the 10 days. They also cleaned my car inside and outside. Neil said that he did not charge me because they should have found out the problem when I brought my car previously. I am very grateful for their service, and I know that I can trust the Millen Auto Body shop!

My Prius was smacked from behind which pushed her up into car in front of her, so had damage to both the back and front of the car. Was at Millen for quite awhile and came out looking and operating great. Recently had an undercarriage protective panel detach at one corner that was most likely related to the accident but who's to say. Attempted to fix myself, using the useless parts dept at Kirkland Toyota, but was given the wrong part. Took the panel off, wife drove over to Millen and they fixed it right away. Easy. Will use Millen again in the future if needed...

I've known Neil and Noreen Millen for 30 years and I would never take my vehicles to anyone else for body damage repair. It's too bad BL (see above) had a poor communication with Neil. He, and his friend, have missed out. Neil is human, and he and his Son, Scott, work their tails off to satisfy everyone that comes through their door. The bonus is getting to know these guys. They are truly characters, throwbacks if you will, of a time when trust was more important than politically correct niceties. I trust them with my vehicles, all six of them, plus my motorcycles, even my boat trailer. They take pride in delivering a vehicle back to you that is actually better, cleaner and better to drive than before your accident.

I had a car accident and had to have some body work done on my car. I took it to Millen Auto Body and the customer service was above and beyond what I would expect. They helped arrange my rental car, they were very friendly and helped answer all my questions. My car was done way sooner than expected and way cleaner than when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Millen Auto Body.

I took my car here on the recommendation of my insurance company and I'm so glad I did. The Millen guys are great to work with, super friendly, and really talented. My car has never looked so good!
