Rude Staff. The dectors are good here, but if you have to deal with the staff for any reason, good luck!!. I think the people working here somehow feel that they are superior. They are very rude, no matter which day or what time of the day you go there.

Irresponsible Physicians and Terrible Staff. If you are looking for a place where you'll be heard, carefully taken care of, and treated as a human being this is not the place for you. If you want a doctor that can prescribe you something very fast and easy, a doctor who will pay minimum attention to what you have to say, and a doctor who will say the minimum required to you for fear of a lawsuit then go to this place.

Furthermore they CHOSE NOT TO CARRY H1N1 VACCINE THIS SEASON, so all of us who use Interlake doctors as Primary Care Physicians are left without options because they simply preferred not to bother with carrying them. So irresponsible.

In addition to that, the office staff is VERY RUDE. So my advice is to look elsewhere for a good PCP.

Very rude staff. They cancel your appointment without telling you. Then they give you another appointment 5 days later.
