Terrible administrative staff.. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. We’ve had a terrible experience with the administrative side of this medical practice. Staff has always been unfriendly and non-responsive, they say they will return calls, send fax or any requested info, and they don’t. We are moving to another practice and I have been trying to get my medical records for the last 8 weeks without any success. Today they said they don’t have a person in charge of managing patient’s records… What type of medical practice is this?!!! This is unacceptable, shame on them. It’s impossible to get to speak to the doctor, so hopefully this review will be read by them some day and this will help them realize the lousy job their administrative staff is doing.

No need to go to this clinic. I would not go back to this clinic again

The staff is not helpful. Usually you can not reach them. Even if you leave a voice message, they wont call you back.

They charge you no show fee ($95) even you have any emergency.

Doctor is impatient with you and spent little time with you. Give you medicine without even knowing the root cause.

I am with another clinic now and everyone is nice there.

I would never go back to this clinic
