Terrible Customer Service!. I took a mower into Bryant Tractor & Mower the other day and was very surprised at the level of customer service. They have hired at least two teenagers, of which one is now working the front counter. This one young man has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Very rude and acts/looks like a complete idiot! You have to stand around and wait every time you go there and takes three weeks for your mower to even get looked at. This place is a joke, avoid at all cost. I will never go back!

Dependable parts sales. Bryant's Tractor and Mower has been very dependable when I want parts. With my mower model number and type in hand (along with engine model number) from the plate on the machine, they have quickly looked up parts and ordered them for me. They tend to bundle parts orders if I want, so that shipping is less when we share it; or I can have it ordered immediately and have it rapidly. Very good for me.

Extortion. We had a clear agreement when I took my mower in to be fixed that they would not do any work if it was not covered by the warranty. Well it was not and they proceeded anyway without ever informing me. They they held me up by demaning that I pay before I could take my mower back.
