Perfict Car. My wife and I bought a 2011 Toyota 4Runner at Bridge Toyota, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I worked with John in the Internet Sales Department the week before, and he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. When we got there the vehicle was ready to go and all the paperwork just took a few minutes. Ron the Business Manager was extremely professional and efficient. My wife and I both remarked about how much we enjoyed buying our new car. We look forward to using their service department as well when the need arises. Freindly Staff. Best Ever Courtesy, patience, compassion and a great vehicle. There's no such thing as "walk in, buy a car, and walk out". I wanna go shopping. I totally loved everything!! Everyone was very friendly and informative. My two sales representatives Jackson and Franklin were great made me feel at ease and sure about what I was doing. They answered all my questions and help with any concern that I might of have. I have already told 3 friends about your dealership and they promise to go see you guys in the next couple of weeks. I had gone to other dealers before going to Bob Bridge Toyota and let me tell you something, you have a staff you should be very proud of, and they know what customer service is all about. Highly recommended. Called and spoke to a sales person regarding a sale another dealership was having. Salesperson was very helpful and invited us to the dealership. We test drove a new rav4 and I indicated that we're ready to buy but needed a significant discount or we were planning to buy used. The salesperson said to leave it with him. After a few days the salesperson followed up on a few items and then called me a week later and indicated they were having a doorcrasher sale where 2 vehicles were available at a signficant discount. The sales person was able to help us buy the right vehicle at the right price.. very happy. The finance person was also very helpful and didn't push anything on us. great overall experience and highly recommended.…
Ordered a Sienna. Came into Bob Bridge to find out about the new 2011 Minivan. As I walked in I was gently greeted and asked if I needed any help, instead of being bombarded by salesmen. Grabbed a couple pamphlets and sat down at a table, after browsing through I found a van I wanted to see if they had. They got a salesman to look and see if they had the van I wanted. They did not end up having the color I wanted but they did have the model. So I took it for a test drive it drove great. Now I was set on a car they did not have. So I ended up ordering the Minivan of my dreams with the color I wanted. Long story short I just went back to see my vehicle that I purchased 6 wks. ago, and it was just like I had wanted. Bob Bridge Toyota did a wonderful job on my minivan. I am now a happy owner of 2011 Sienna fully loaded from Bob Bridge Toyota…
