customer service is terrible and very rude !. I have been buying from this shop for 25 years and I have never been so humiliated as I was last sat, I came into the shop to look for a pattern for a baby sweater, I asked the person at the counter if she knew of a easy one I could purchase, She said she doesn't make baby sweaters and go look at the books we have for sale! I did not find one so I came back later with a pattern and asked about yarn, she was sitting at the table, never got up to help me , pointed to where the kind of yarn was that I needed, I picked something out and took it to the counter, she came up took my money and then said next time you come in don't wear that cologne it bothers me. I find this extremely rude, who treats their customers like that ! ? I will not be buying from the Knittery again !

nice shop. They are always a group at the table and lots of great advice. I do find the yarns vary greatly in price and range, which is great. I know that they might just have something 1) I haven't seen 2) that I might need 3) to tempt me with...
