customercare. Looking to upgrade my wifes diamond studs,eddie was a great patient salesman, a real gentleman.We bought a pair and decided to go another size up, brenda(manager)had ordered couple pairs from out east.Got them this weekend and the wifes happy as can be.If you want to shop for jewelry without the attitude. I highly recommend them...thanks guys again!

20th wedding Anniversary. When it is your 20th wedding anniversary AND your a sensitive caring spouse, you have to go big and WOW on that special day. Choosing the correct companies to help make it special is critical. I wanted to get my wife another wedding ring. She lost her first one years ago. We were young then and did not have money to replace plus I was miffed that she lost it. I bought a $300.00 ring one day and gave that to her as a replacement. On the 20th anniversary I wanted to recommit our vows and I wanted to get her a new wedding band. I called the Jewelery exchange, explained what I wanted to do. I wanted to show up in a Limo. I wanted to have the crew pretend they never saw me. I was going to tell my wife that we were just going to look. I had bought a $3000.00 gift card months earlier from the exchange. I knew, even then, that I had chosen correctly. Kayla and Kristi were exceptional. So helpful and friendly every step of the way. The day came and we showed up as planned. They all pretended not to know me. When my wife finally picked out a ring that she loved I pretended I would put it on layaway later or something. Kristi, Kayla, Connie and Anna ALL were so awesome. They took the ring and put it in a box when my wife wasn't looking, as instructed, and put it in my hand behind my back. I waited for the right moment and tapped my wife on the shoulder. The wonderful crew gathered around. I told my wife that I had written her a poem and asked if she would like to hear it. She said, now? Can it wait until we are back in the limo? I said no, now would be better. I said....."We've lived and loved, laughed and cried. Moments of chaos but lord knows we've tried. So much younger then, life fresh and new. All my time spent only thinking of you. Your sacrifice never forgotten, my children you did bear. Never once stopping showing how much you care. Together you and I our entire adult life and I kneel before you once again to ask.....Josephine, will you still be my wife?" And with not a dry eye in the store I knelt and presented the gorgeous ring to her. It was perfect. Not just because the ring has such incredible beauty and quality but because Kayla, Kristi, Connie and Anna made this day truly a day to remember. They went WAY above and beyond to make our day special, months in advance. Every detail and instruction met to the letter. If you have plans to buy Jewelery.....the Renton Jewelery exchange should be your only choice. They were the best I have ever seen and their compassion and love for what they do puts them over the top. Thank-You ladies and thank-you Jewelery exchange for helping me with such a special time in our lives. You'll not ever be forgotten. With love, respect and fondness....Randy Y.

AWESOME DEALS!. My husband and son had a wonderful experience purchasing a diamond necklace for me I decided I wanted to upgrade for a little more brillance and Heather was awesome to work with finding the perfect diamond for me. When my son recently became engaged the family made a joint effort in getting her a beautiful diamond for the setting she chose. Thank you Heather we have a very happy daughter in law to be!
