The new Management and staff at Fairwood Landing are ROCKSTARS! They are so friendly and helpful. It used to take days to get service orders taken care of and now things are complete within 48 hours. I love the office staff. They are so promt and really care about their residents. The complex is so close to shopping, gyms, parks and other recreational places!! "
do yourself a favor.. my family are current tenants and the end of our lease cant come soon enough. First of all the management is horrible. They dont care about the tenants she will lie to your face. She told me when i looked at the appartment that they paid electric then about a month after we moved in we get a bill. Then she said she never said that. We got all new appliances when we moved in and we were excited. well one of them still isnt working after 4 months. the socalled maitanence guy didnt install an air gap so the sink drained into it. I requested a call from the corporate office a week ago and have gotten nothing. So i am thinking they dont care either. for the last couple of months there has been flyers up offering a 500 dollar referral. come on 500 dollars to referr a friend in this economy where people are loosing there houses and being forced to rent they cant find tenants. and the tenants wont refer friends. Heck i wouldnt refer an enemy. I could go on and on but the simple thing is they are good at making everything look good but take a minute to walk around and ask tenants on your own what they think. It cant hurt and it may save you a lot of trouble. my wife and i wish we would have done this. thank you for your time and consideration of my thoughts. by the way this site makes me give one star i would give neg 5 if i could.
old tenant. when I lived in these apartments back in 2002 me and my family loved it .I had no problem with the staff they very helpful to me
Horrible complex.. Do not rent from this complex. They do not respond to maintenance requests. Their staff enters your apartment without you knowing it and then the office denies it. I had my locks changed because I thought it was a former friend entering the apartment but after the locks were changed there was still evidence that someone was entering my apartment. The office does not respond to questions or concerns. In January they said I had unpaid late fees. I requested an accounting but it took them 3 months to provide me one, all the time adding additional late fees. They have a pool but it is rarely open. They have a hot tub but it is only open when the office is open. When I moved in I was told there is an exercise room but it is never open. Teens and preteens run rampant around the complex, skateboarding and hanging out on the parking lots, and will not move when you pull on the parking lot. During the winter they do not salt or scrape the parking lots. The garbage piles up for days and is not empied. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.
