My wife bought a package after being told that I would be able to use it too. She rarely goes and I go often so it made sense to buy it. When I went in I was told I couldn't use it and explained the situation. They acted annoyed and after a phone call allowed me to use a tan. The next time I went in they once again told me I couldn't use it. I explained the associate had made a mistake and told us misinformation, but they refused to let me use the tans we have. There goes about $200 since my wife never tans.

Terrible customer service. Wow! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. After being wrongly charged no one will respond to credit me back. I definitely cancelled my account and would not want anyone else to go through this hassle. The employees used to be so nice and friendly.. not sure what happened.

I <3 Distinctive Tan. I love this place! I've been tanning here for nearly ten years and it's my favorite! The bulbs are changed regularly and the place always looks nice and clean! From time to time I've had some card issues on my membership and the employees are always so nice and friendly about it. I almost feel like they are my friends and we chat periodically when it's not so busy! This is a great place to tan, they make you feel like family.

Clean; modern; FANTASTIC staff. I've been going to the Newcastle location for over two years, and love them. My main reason for going to a tanning salon is for the light therapy, and this is the nicest, cleanest and most professional salon I've ever been to.

I tried the (one side at a time) high pressure bed for the first time today, and LOVED it. I usually do the level two beds, and this was quite a nice alternative. They also have a high pressure bed that does both sides at once, the the one I did is so comfortable that I'll make the time to use it again!

Like the other review, they do offer two levels of Mystic Tans (bronzing and non-bronzing). I have not done this myself; but I have seen people have them done, and they look great!

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for many tanning options; or just need a little light therapy, like me. :)

Very nice looking and clean store. This is a very modern looking and clean store, always there on time and you do not need an appointment to get in. Has the Mystic tan that offers bronzing and non-bronzing solution.

Great results!. I love this tanning salon - I get more out of it than any other beds I've used in the past. It's clean and the people are always helpful. I highly recommend!
