Excellent Alterations & Kind Staff. I took pants and a dress to Jubilee to be altered before the holiday season and everything turned out great and on time. While I was trying on the dress and having it pinned in place, a man who appeared to be homeless came in from the cold (we were experiencing record low temperatures that week) and asked if they had a blanket to spare. The woman working on my alteration excused herself, and while I waited in the dressing room she and the gentleman who was also working there located and donated a sleeping bag to this man! I was genuinely touched by this gesture and pleased with the alterations. Thank you Jubilee!!
