When I realized my health insurance was canceling at the end of November, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I called to refill my prescriptions. My pharmacist told me it had expired and that they'd need to call the Woodinville Women’s Clinic office. My luck the office was closed for the holiday weekend and would not open again until the 30th, the last day I'd have coverage. When Woodinville Women’s Clinic opened and got the refill request Zora immediately contacted my pharmacy and authorized the refill. I was due for my annual exam and rather then make a big deal about scheduling an appointment I wouldn't have insurance coverage for Zora refilled my prescription. Her willingness to help saved me well over $100.00 and I truly appreciate her for helping out in my time of need. I’ve been a patient of Zora’s for 8 years and just couldn’t think of going anywhere else for my general women’s health needs. I can get in when I need to and actually spend longer then 10 minutes with my health care provider. I love the casual, caring approach she provides.
- Pros: Friendly, Caring Staff. Being listened to.
- Cons: None, I've always had great care
Front for Zora's MLM supplement business
by BenachieLover at Citysearch
Do not be fooled by the website offering exceptional care and compassion. What you will get is a bitch for a receptionist and Zora who tries to force you into signing up for her MLM supplements (Usana) at a cost of $100 per month minimum ... for a multivitamin!
Zora sent me off with some supplements (which I paid $45) for and when I read the leaflet for them it clearly indicated that your DR should perform a series of thyroid tests before prescribing. The side effects can be serious! Zora said it wouldn't hurt...
Zora didn't even review the medical history that I filled out prior to my appointment. She literally spent 15 minutes selling her supplements and the tests (for hormones) that she was going to run. She is a complete fraud. Go somewhere else! Do not go to this clinic! I would have given this clinc a 0 if it were possible.
- Pros: close to home
- Cons: Awful customer service
DO NOT GO!!!!!
by unknown2000 at Citysearch
Do not go to the Woodinville Women's clinic. They appear nice until you actually need help with something. I went in for my annual exam, gave them my updated last name and insurance card. Zora talked to me about getting some blood drawn. I declined several tests because they had just been done but did agree to a Vit D level. The women who drew my blood asked me to verfiy my name but she had they had my madien name, I asked her to fix it which she did not. 2 months later I get a bill for multiple blood draws that should not have been drawn and weren't even run through my insurance because they failed to update it. When I called them about the issue Zora made me feel like I was crazy and literally tried to make up reasons why she drew almost $200 worth of labs. When I asked her to remove the charges she just stated that she could bill it under my insurance under a false diagnosis which is medical fraud!!!! I have spent hours trying to fix this issue and then finally got fed up and reported her fraudulent charges and made a formal complaint!!!!!
I would give them no stars if I could!
- Pros: Cloth gowns
- Cons: poor customer service
