Do not use this business. Woodinville Physical Therapy informed me that I would receive 60 visits to physical therapy covered by my insurance. I proceeded for 3 months to receive services at WPT. It was after three months that I received a bill for $450 from WPT. My insurance had a cap of $60/visit. First Choice Insurance verified that they would have indeed conveyed that information on any inquiry. It was the error and/or over looking by WPT that has resulting in therapy done that I wouldn't have done if I knew I was paying out of the pocket. WPT offered no flexibility as far as giving a cash discount or altering some of the charges as way to compensate for their error. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. They charged me $100 for "self care" which includes home exercises! I discussed the problem with the therapist, office manager, and billing department. There has been no effort to apologize for their error and fix the situation. Woodinville Physical does not try to make their client happy...or even offer a compromise! Do not use this business!
