Huge improvements. My buisness uses them all the time, so we have been in there frequently. The service was never so great. Until recently all the staff in there are wonderful and willing to assist with anything. They have really turned around their service and it makes a huge diffrence.

A good store. I think that this bedbathandbeyond is a pretty good store. I have gotten many items such as chairs, linens, towels, and posters for a very good price. The downtown location is pretty convienent and their selection is pretty good. I especially like the fact that the store is two floors..which means more shopping and more deals. The service people are very helpful.
