The room we got was a standard King, and it was quite small. With the bed and a baby crib, we didn't have much dressing space. It was clean, and the big tv was nice...

I wish the check in desk was larger...for such a large hotel, the check desk only allows 4 or 5 employees to check people in. We had to wait about 20 minutes.

The bar/grill underneath the hotel is amazing, great food and service.

nihaoma. When we check in late at night, the front desk took forever to check us into our room even though we book months in advance. When we got to our room, the card key did not work and they suppose to send a person to check on the problem but never came. Service at night definitely poor. When I had a problem with the safe box in the room, they suppose to send someone to fix it which took more then half an hour. I had to call twice for it. People working in this hotel does not smile and does not present a pleasant image when I talk to them or see them around. Service generally slow and people working in this hotel does not seem happy working with hotel guests.

Discreet lodgings in the heart of the city.. The Scene
This former 20-story bank building still looks like a downtown corporate tower. In fact, if you don't know what you're looking for, you might drive right past it. Set among shops, restaurants, theaters and offices, it's easy to miss. No doubt its many business guests feel right at home here.

The Details
This hotel boasts 297 rooms on 14 floors. Among the in-room amenities is free wireless Internet access. While the property is generous in size, it doesn't have the overwhelming feel of a large hotel. The lobby is small and cozy, with an inviting sitting area around a fireplace. The hotel's pleasant Terrace Garden is situated on the 5th floor. With its outdoor seating overlooking downtown and Elliott Bay, it may be one of downtown's best-kept secrets.

great location. I stayed at this hotel when I went to Seattle for vacation. I did not rent a car, so I used public transportation/cabs/walked. This hotel has a wonderful location and is within walking distance of just about everything. No pool, though. Great customer service and nice rooms. Definitely recommend.
