they're always out of stock the staff typically ignores you. acts like vulcans when you interact with them, or just gives you cap-hill 'tude. spend your money somewhere else, where they actually have stuff in stock and are happy to serve you.

This store could be so good, but the attitude of the staff totally sucks. They are always out of stock of the paints I want, but my main gripe is the frigging attitude of the staff, and the manager. They glare at you like you shouldn't be there. There's way too much Capitol Hill attitude from the young-hip staff. How about a smile, some basic courtesy and friendliness?
