Red Robin's food is not bad, but it's nothing special - esp. at their price (almost all the burgers are about $10). Any diner in NY serves way better burgers than Red Robin. They give unlimited fries, but they are too thick & soggy (I prefer thin and crispy).

Pros: unlimited fries

Cons: price, food, service

The food was great, and you can't beat the Sound for ambience. However, the service was questionable (there seemed to be some confusion about who was supposed to be covering which tables), and getting refills on drinks was like pulling teeth (only without the blood and gauze). Not a "in-a-rush-to-catch-the-boat" kinda place.

Pros: Good food, Reasonable cost, Location

Cons: Service
