Rock Bottom did not disappoint! Love it!. We arrived late back into town and had to change our reservations. They were very accommodating. We had a great time with the friendly staff. The onsite brewed beer was a wonderful way to sample some fresh/unique local brew. After our friends arrived even later than us we were seated and served very well by the friendly and welcoming staff. The salmon was some of the best prepared I've ever had. I think the steaks left a little to be desired but I don't know why my husband orders steaks in a restaurant like this. I chose this restaurant based on the google/citysearch user reviews and I'm so glad I did. My husband and friends thanked me for finding such a fun spot.…
Terrible service and took 45 minutes for a turkey sandwich, party of 5 ?. Menu was tantilizing, ambiance was great; however, our server was horrible, food took way to long for an hour lunch, and orders were preparred wrong upon arrival at the table. Some things are in excusable and some are excusable. I've spent 13 years in the food and beverage industry and have eaten just about every where and everytype of establishment. Sorry folks, but if your a business person that is looking to have lunch in an hour, this place isn't for you!!…
Classic pub. I love all the appetizers here: titan's toothpicks, wings, pretzels, dips, casadilla, chilli... I've had them all and love it! Goes great with the drinks. Happy hour is awesome, some times crowded especially on Fridays but not too bad the rest of the week. Food wise, I'm a lover of the Jambalaya and Chicken fried Chicken. It's the best. For some reason, though, the food at the downtown location is better than Bellevue. I also prefer the ambience downtown. This could be I'm not an Eastside girl, but I really think there's a difference. Service is usually excellent, although the wait can be long withour reservations on weekends. They have a few pool tables in the bar which is great. Overall, it's perfect for larger (6-8-10 people) fun group meals or the occasional happy hour.…
The beer is good. I really liked the Brown Bear and Red City (beer). A cool thing about this place is the free beer samplers. (It's free only if you are trying them first time.) There were, I think, eight kinds of beer, 5 to 6 oz. each. Their food is ok, I mean, it's just bar food after all. I ordered the Mahi Tacos, and the red rice was way too salty.…
One of Seattles best!. I have eaten at the Rock Bottom twice in June within two weeks. One was on a Friday night before a concert at the Paramount (we had no trouble at all getting a table). The other time was on a Wednesday night before I had to catch a plane home (it was alot more crowded). Both times I had Chicken Fried Chicken with White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes. The portions were on par with Claim Jumper's (meanig very good portions for the money!). The chicken and mashed potatoes were probably the best I have ever had. The Rock Bottom is highly reccommended!…
