In Short
Founded as an Italian grocery in 1959 Brooklyn, this family-owned chain has since morphed into the world's largest shopping mall-based eatery, with additional locations in airports, train stations and college campuses. On-the-go diners line up cafeteria style around exhibition kitchens to choose from ready-made, New York-style pizza slices, calzones, garlic knots and Neapolitan standards, such as lasagna, chicken parmigiana and baked ziti. Most locations offer communal seating in a casual, bus-your-own-table setting.

It was 2:00pm on Monday, the 19th of November - I will never forget this date and time. Sbarro had been one of my favorate places in Seattle and in Bellevue, because their Pizza's were really good for the prices. I went there and wanted to order a couple of slices of Pizza's, but none of the three guys working there did care about me. I was patient enough and waited for more than 5 min., but three of the guys did not even look at me ! To my surprise, a lady who was a Security at Westlake Center came next to me, and ordered something for her. One of the three guys who was training a new guy how to make Pizza's took care of her immediately, while I was there much earlier than she came. It seemed to me that she was a regular there. I said "Can anyone help me ? I was waiting for more than 5 min.". Then the guy who prioritized the Security woman intentionally neglected me, and after he finished serving her, he stared at me angrily without saying anything ! He is a short hair guy and looked horrible (he looked like a gangstar, and his eyes looked abnormal). I was very scared and left there without ordering anything. I strongly recommend that this place replaces the horrible guy with someone more friendly (more normal) immediately. So, my good experiences with Sbarro have all gone today and will never dine there in my life.
