I, a downtown resident citizen bank at BOA of Olive atleast once of twice a week until they hired an employee named Nick. Nick is the most awful teller I have ever had in my life! He makes me and my friends who bank there do c rap that will make it easier for him. Um Hello? Shouldn't you be catering to us? It's not that hard to write down a few extra numbers. I do not know what the policy of professionalism is there but the the rest of the staff (Genie, Sarah,Anthony etc) is great. Whenever I see Nick I let the person behind me cut in line but I kept ending up with him. He is totally rude and arrogant. I usually take things pretty chill but I dreaded banking there so much I totally stopped going to that branch!! He is just lazy and makes the weirdest faces and god...he is so immature! My friend's 2 year old daughter is more polite then him. He never pays attention to the next guest and I see people in the next section saying Nick hello you have someone in line! It has seriously been bugging me every single day for the over the last two in a half weeks that I had to write something down. BOA Olive branch is a 5 star place but down to two now after hiring Nick!!! Beware Seattle!

Pros: Almost The whole staff and bank

Cons: parking and Nick
