Italian gelati has been around since the late 1600s. Procopio serves authentic, old-world gelati using only pure, fresh ingredients like fruit, nut pastes, cocoa, real liquors, fresh dairy milk and cream. The resulting ice cream has richer, more intense flavors yet less butterfat than typical ice cream

We use the same 300 year old recipes, using only the finest natural ingredients. And we offer over a hundred distinctive flavors.

"Seattle has an outstanding example of an authentic gelateria - Procopio, a sleek, shiny addition serves 18 ever-changing varieties of Italian ices."

I got rice with cinnamon and lychee on a waffle cone for just under $5. My husband got lemon and grapefruit. We were very happy about all the four flavors. The flavors were really close to what the actual fruits taste like. We were surprised how good they are! They are so refreshing without being rich & heavy like regular ice cream. I will definitely go back (don't forget cash)!

Pros: small selection

Cons: high quality! yummy!

Locally the best gelateria - out of Gelatiamo and Dolce Vita, that I've tried. Try the milk chocolate flavor, very smooth - low on chalkiness. Wish they were open later....

Pros: Great flavor, Fresh, Good selection

Cons: Hard to find, No parking, Limited hours
