Love the "working man specials", great deals on marinated cuts like flank steaks or cornish hens. The sausages are top-notch, and with advance notice, they can put together a crown pork roast that will wow any dinner party.

The shop specializes in fresh meats such as beef, veal, pork, lamb and chicken. Special cuts of lamb, rabbit, duck and other meats also are available, as well as special orders of seasonal meat items such as goose, foie gras, quail, pheasant and squab. Basic sandwich cheeses also are sold here.
