In Short – The crew at this tiny Pike Place Market shop works all day long steaming pot stickers, threading barbecue pork chunks on skewers and baking humbows, frying crab wonton and egg rolls. Though steamed rice humbows are offered, too, it's the golden baked ones (barbecued pork, curried beef, vegetable and chicken) that fly hot and fresh off the big trays on the pastry case. The case holds a broad variety of traditional Chinese pastries.
