Got the best deal for my new 2012 Honda CR-V LX in Greater Seattle Area. The price was very competitive and many dealers around this area could not beat their price.

Had a great experience right from my first call to the time I signed the deal.

Treated like a Queen!!!. Honda of Seattle had the perfect 2012 CR-V for me! Dean and Ryan were so pleasant and helpful and made the process so easy!!! No high pressure - just efficient, honest assistance!

The new 2012 CR-V is awesome! It came with so many standard features! I was also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it rides!

I highly recommend Honda of Seattle!!

Thanks guys!!

Best car buying experience. I purchased a new CR-V recently and wanted to share the great experience I had with Honda of Seattle. I worked with David Marker and Robert Fabia, they made the trade-in and purchase of our new car seamless and fair. David also spent a lot of time showing us in detail all the functionality of our new car. I highly recommend Honda of Seattle and will definitely be working with David and Robert on my next vehicle purchase. Plus we love our new 2012 CR-V!

Easy, Smooth buying process.... I bought my Civic a few weeks ago and decided I should probably share my experience. Rich is hands down the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't rush me along and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks Rich!

Don't bother. Horrible customer service.

Tried calling with very simple service question, kept getting transferred from wrong dept to wrong dept to endlessly ringing line back to operator multiple times.

Tried emailing, kept getting responses from someone (probably a sales person that wanted to sell me something I didn't need) that wasn't qualified to answer my questions. In the end he told me to call the service dept.

Don't waste your time here.

Great, except for the shuttle service. So on the shuttle. It seems like the last 10 times I've been there's at least one screw up either to or from the dealership involving the shuttle. They either don't give me a life home, or they don't come pick me up. I have to call, plead and beg every time.

Melissa is great.. I did not have a very good experience purchasing my car from here, but Melissa did her best to make things right. I will not buy another car from here, but I know that if I have any issues with maintenance, I can call her and she will do her best to help me out.

Arrogant disinterested staff. Took my 2007 Accord this week to this dealership. I think the actual service is good, but the staff is the worst. Chad seems the most helphful and attentive. I am a family physician so I am used to many different types of people and service personnel, but this staff is one of the most snooty and uninterested ones I have encountered; one service tech advisor had a cell phone plastered to her ear talking to a boyfriend, the cashier was busy talking to her friends on the phone about the night before while taking my money. The receptionist was busy giggling very, very loudly with the gentleman sales person. If you are not interested in buying a new car the sales people don't give you the time of day and look down their noses at you. Thought the actual service may be good, the outward perception is poor.

Sad sad sad. I bought 2 accords previously from this dealership from Tibur - I loved his sales technique. Happy happy happy with his service and the cars. I thought I needed a new car this year and unfortunately it was a spur of the moment decision, decided to go with the sales person on duty - MY MISTAKE! After 3 hours of negotiations which were almost non existent even though I was trading in a newer Honda. Sales manager laughed at me when I said I couldn't afford what he was talking. Laughed at me. Had to go to higher levels and played good guy - bad guy. I again asked for Tibur and they said he was not available I had to stay with this sales person. I ended up leaving and going to Bellevue Honda. Service here is good though once you buy a car elsewhere.

Best place to buy a car.. I have purchased six cars from Honda of Seattle and I was really pleased with my last experence. I was looking at both used and new cars and not sure what I wanted. The salesperson spent a few hours with me going through me options on this lot as well as at their second store, Toyota of Seattle. I finally chose to go with the Accord sedan because it fit my family's needs. They sat me down, got me coffee and some cookies, then asked me what I wanted to pay for the car. I had never seen this approach from a car dealership and was pleasantly surprised. Once the numbers were agreed upon, they detailed it and walked me through all the ins and outs of the vehicle. I plan on sending all my friends and family members to buy from this particular salesperson and Honda of Seattle. Everyone should give them a chance to earn their business.
