What more do you need? This is the place to go because they know of what they speak. If they don't know (which would be hard to believe) they find out for you. The selection is amazing for a regular size store front. When they have a sale it is not pretend. It is a SALE! No special purchases, loss leaders, or come ons! REAL VALUE but no big sale...? Who cares... buy from professionals!
Pros: Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly!
Cons: It is downtown parking not so good but worth the walk

a great place to buy kitchen supplies; the staff are fabulous! staff are very knowledgeable and seem to have a passion for cooking.
Pros: staff are extremely helpful, there is usually a one staff person directing "traffic"
