Best Happy Hour. I like going to this place for happy hour when I'm in downtown. Last week I went there and the bartender recommended this new beer called Pandan Ale. It's very tasty and unique! Look for the Buddha handle.

packed but fun. The place can be empty or insainely packed. Nosh is small, but tastes great. Bartenders know what goes where & why, but seemed a tad out of it, to me. I had a good time soaking it all in.

So-so restaurant, but worth a try. My husband and I stayed at the Paramount Hotel, and so tried the Dragonfish Cafe twice during our stay. We went for dinner on Friday night, the wait was short, but the noise inside was almost intolerable. (Okay, I had a migraine, but still, you couldn't even have a conversation without screaming.) My husband's steak was very good, but it was a small portion served with nothing else but onion slices. My cashew chicken was great, spicy without scorching, great sauce and nice vegetables, but the crispy noodles were strange and unsatisfying altogether. We spent $55 for 2 small entrees and a Coke- a little pricey for what we got, in my opinion.

We decided to go back on Sunday for brunch, purely because of the location, and the fact that we had a 2 hour wait until our train left. My husband had the ham and cheese omelette with country potatoes, which was good, but nothing spectacular. I had the french toast with blueberry compote, which was actually a good sized portion and very tasty. The french toast had a lemony essence, and the warm blueberry compote added a nice touch.

While not overly impressed by the Friday evening experience, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at brunch. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, and the decor is unique and interesting. The price was too high in my opinion, but this is a restaurant in downtown Seattle, what more can I say?

Not the best. Dragon fish has so-so food with a great atmosphere. The people there are friendly but the food is not so great. If you are really in the mood for asian food, avoid this place because this is expensive and lots of the food has lots of salt. So overall, great for meeting up with friends but the food is not the best.

Meal not at all as described on the menu. I ordered, "SESAME CRUSTED AHI TUNA - hichimi pepper crusted ahi seared rare and served with mixed green salad, scarlet orange vinaigrette and cilantro aioli." What I got was lumps of raw ahi, not at all seared, no pepper crust at all. The so called salad was a mound of cooked greens of an unidentifiable type, possibly even seaweed. There was some kind of hot peppers on the greens. There were little mounds of rice and some crackers. No vinaigrette of any kind. No aioli of any kind. Nothing on the menu even vaguly resembles what I actually received. Had I wanted unassembled sushi, I would have ordered it. I didn't. I prefer my fish at least slightly cooked. I was with a group of new acquaintances though and didn't want to make a fuss. So I just ate it. Nevertheless, I certainly won't be going back. Is it really too much to ask to get what I ordered? It would be one thing to just make a mistake and give me the wrong dish, but they actually made up something completely new that's not even on the menu!

Great Drinks & Appetizers... Sushi?? Not so much. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant after hearing positive things about the food. I tried a few of the sushi rolls, while he tried the appetizers. We both had the drinks which were great... I highly recommend the Lime Ricky, it's made with their lemongrass infused vodka... Very good. My husband and I both enjoyed the appetizers... The sushi, however, left much to be desired. It actually tasted store bought which was a huge disappointment. If you decide to go try the appetizers instead.

good food... nothing too special. Food here is pretty good although its a little bit pricey. I ordered california roll which wasn't too great... try the Korean BBQ Kalbi though its delicious. Waiter/service was friendly and great.

Good food, awful service/server. In Seattle for the weekend...was a convenient place downtown. Cute decor, nice atmosphere. Tasty food....bulgogi was not authentic, but still good. Squid appetizer was very good, roasted duck spring rolls blah. Server might as well have been in Asia for all we knew....did not say ONE thing to us. Seemed to be quite attentive to the people ordering drinks though...Tiny portions and expensive...not a good combo, but had a good time overall.

Wonderful Place for Lunch!. We enjoyed lunch at Dragonfish while spending the day window-shopping our way through downtown Seattle. Since we both love trying new things, we ordered several appetizers and split them. Every one we tried was a triumph of spice and flavor ~ we'll be back again very soon!!!

Too Bad they are rude. I've eaten at Dragonfish more times then I can count... Let me rephrase I have eaten in the restaurant twice and received the worst service imaginable. They food is always so good, but now I only do take out.

Even the hostesses will give attitude while on the phone with them placing my take out order. And the same attitude is apparent when I arrive to pick up.
