I may be biased, because by the time I reached Lowells, I was on the verge of starvation. We had just left Champagne Cafe, where we sat for an hour with no food, so we got up and left in search of something else. We found Lowells and it was delicious. I loved it and will definitely return!

Located right inside the Pike Place Market, great place to walk around before or after eating. As soon as we walked in there's a worker who greeted us and quickly explained how their restaurant works. She told us how to order and where seating was available. That's a plus for me because sometimes you walk in to a place you've never been before and are confused as whether to seat yourself or wait to be seated. Great food!
