Best Fried Rice in Seattle!
by danp829 at Citysearch
Love their Ghengis Khan fried rice. . . .it's a mix of pork, shrimp & chicken! Late night delivery is convinient. Ask for sauce on side for deliveries, as it can be soggy if not. (They usually do it for the sweet & sour entrees, but not for the general tso's chicken.) I've only ate in restaurant twice, and it was almost empty each time so service is quick and good.
- Pros: Fried Rice, Late-Night Delivery
- Cons: none
Forgettable lunches, fantastic dinners

As a big fan of good "Americanized" Chinese food, I've lately been despairing that my favorite local joint, Pandasia, has been declining in quality. I'd been to Genghis Khan several times for lunch and wasn't impressed; it was fairly typical 4-piece Chinese lunch.
I had dinner there last night and was blown away by how flavorful and substantial it was. The Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao chicken, and noodle dishes were delicous.
Yum!!

I haven't been to the restaurant itself, but the food is delicious. I work in Seattle, and we ordered delivery from there. I must say it was the best chinese food I've ever had.
- Pros: >$10 order delivers
