Horrible rudeness and empty food containers and muck all over the "work-table" - disgisting experience, all around.. This is my third, and LAST time ever going into this rediculous shop. Cary, Bridget, et al are nothing more than fakers. None of them have a design background yet claim to be designers, they have the absolute rudest attitudes I've ever experienced in a retail, or otherwise, setting. I took my mother and sister there after warning them that the service can be a little aloof, but was so embarrased by the treatment we received that I swear I will never go back. No one said hello to us, and we stood at the counter with items in hand to purchse while Cary ignored us completely - that's enough! Cary, I suggest you stop spending your time trying to sell yourself as a designer and GO BACK TO SCHOOL so you at least have the credentials to back up your hideous attitude. And Bridget as well....who is nothing short of Cary's minion. Both are rediculous and not worth the hassle. Not to mention, the first time I was in the shop Cary was screaming at one of her employees who was in tears....are you kidding me? Grow up girls, you are not the only game in town.

Do not go here unless you're interested in being taken. Kari and Bridgette falsefied their products, design professionalism and may be the biggest RIPOFF artists in the hood. Charged my friends thousands of dollars in "design charges"? Non of them are designers. Sold "one of a kind pieces...when my friend found them in a design studio...replicas the same...in Chicago the same year. Do not trust this "retail" establishment.

Shabby Chic--both the home style and the trademarked items--creates a cozy ambience in a cavernous Downtown space.. In Short
This charming space, complete with a pair of cooing doves, has been written about in numerous home and lifestyle magazines. Perhaps it's because owner Sarah Kaplan roams the U.S. and Paris in search of antique items, from flower chandeliers to French vanities. The floral print linens all have that country fresh, just-off-the-clothes-line look--even though they're spanking new. Delicate lampshades, floral water, notecards and luxurious soaps help round out the collection.
