Editorial Review for Something Silver – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
A little gem of a shop, sparkling with glass-tiled floors and walls. The display cases overflow with silver earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, toe rings, charms, pendants and accessories. Styles range from sleek contemporary designs to ornate antique reproductions. Several of the artists' collections offer unique choices in bridal sets, and special orders are available. The staff will be happy to help you choose something for yourself or for a special gift.

A silversmith is available to do repairs and sizing or add links to bracelets. Complimentary gift boxes come with the purchase; deluxe presentation boxes are free with higher priced merchandise or available for a small fee with less expensive items.

Know Before You Go

Solid gold and silver chains by Citigold run up to $1,000, but they are an exception; most of the jewelry is on the affordable side.

I went here looking for a pretty simple item, a cuff bracelet. At the time I visited the store had very little to choose from and the prices didn't seem fair. We all know that silver is less expensive than gold but why the 14kt. prices? The salesperson was nice enough (once I got here attention) but it seemed like an awful lot of glitz and glamor and not a lot of substance. I won't shop here again..
