VIP TREATMENT. I've always been a fan of accessories and jewelries. Fox's just is the best place to get "little somethings" to "great deals" in jewelries. The designs are astonishing and they also offer a good price for their products. All their customers are treated like VIP's.
Go to Fox's for My Birthday!. The only important pieces of jewelry I've ever gotten are from Fox's. The same goes for my family member, as well. Why? First of all, I know I can trust the quality of any item purchased there. Secondly, I like that I am treated like someone special when I go there. Third, the staff provides the utmost in customer service. They always go the extra mile to take care of me. Fourth, it is really just a small family business. And fifth, now they carry more affordable lines so if I just want a "little something " I can get it.
Great service for everyone.. I'm a watch enthusiast as well and I have stopped by Fox's a number of times just to browse. I'm under 30 and walked in dressed like I shouldn't be wearing much more then a Timex yet I was treated very well each and every time. Even when they know I'm not looking to buy they are always offering to pull peices out for me to try on. Once they even insisted that I tried on a $30,000+ Richard Mille in rose gold. It was stunning (and also worth more then all my current possesions combined I believe). They also have some great lines including Omega, Panerai, and IWC just to name a few. Next time I'm shopping for a watch, Fox's will be my dealer of choice.
Traditional styles, classic designs and stylish new creations keep this Seattle landmark fashionable, not old-fashioned..
In Short
Traditional designs and jewelry essentials, such as a 16-inch strand of pearls or diamond stud earrings, mingle with creations by famous designers. You'll find everything you'd expect from an establishment that has been serving Seattle since 1912: repairs, timepieces, pins, rings, necklaces and velvet-lined jewelry boxes. Staff members don't work on commission, so you're not pressured to buy; in fact, they seem to enjoy lingering and browsing through their inventory as much as you.
The best watch store around.. I'm a watch enthusiast and chanced upon Fox's one Saturday by accident, dressed in my t-shirt and running shoes. I was warmly welcomed, and tried on some very nice timepieces. They invited me to a watch event the next week which I attended. They didn't have the watch I wanted at the event, so they custom ordered it, and gave me the same discount that was offered during the event. Overall excellent and courteous service. I never felt pressured to buy anything and the staff seemed as interested in watches as myself.
The best around.
Once when I was 10, my mom and I were window shopping in the big city. She spotted a necklace in the window--a string of about 1-carat-each pear shaped diamonds, in a row in a leaf pattern around the neck.
She told the salesman (in her country bumpkin clothes) she wasn't shopping but for curiosity's sake, how much was that? $95,000. He sat her down in front of a mirror and put it around her neck despite her protests, and attached the $10,000 attachment for the bottom with a HUGE diamond on it.
When we left, my mom said "*That* place has class. They treat you well even when you're dressed like us."
They treat me the beautifully every time I get my earrings cleaned too.
I feel good about spending money there. Also they don't buy "conflict" diamonds.
Who could ask for more?
Respectable and Respecting. Walking into a jewlrey store is an intimidating thing for a twenty-year old. At some of the most reputable stores I have experienced everything from "blind" sales clerks to blatant condesention. Not so at Fox's Gem Store. There I was welcomed immediately and warmly. A nice looking gentleman inquired about my needs and invited me to try on whatever I liked, even though I was just browsing for my style. In addition to there wonderful service, Fox's also carry's and supports "clean" diamonds, for those of you who know of the crisis in the diamond market. I was thoroughly delighted by my experience at Fox's and highly recommend it.
