Simply Brilliant GTC!!!

Amazing! I looked everywhere in the local area of Tacoma/Seattle and the GTC surpassed all of my expectations. Toni was very quick with my phone calls and emails, worked with my schedule, and even after I thought I knew all I had to know about diamonds - she taught me more! Never once did I feel pressured or misled.

My fiance absolutely loves her engagement ring! We recently went looking for wedding bands at a few well known high-end retail stores and we glanced at the engagement rings a second time. They couldn't hold a candle to the diamond Toni found for us!

Cheers to Toni at the GTC for an amazing experience, a true must see for anyone who is looking at engagement rings.

WE LOVE ERIN!

My fiance and I found Erin (Gem. Trade Corp.) through FindMyJeweler, which are the nicest people to start with! Erin was our personal consultant and we met only with her. After our initial appointment in which she tooks us through how to choose a diamond and the like, we gave her our "demands" for a stone and she said she would have a look through their database.

In the meantime, we comparison shopped at EE Robins. While their service was impecable I believe that they have more overhead and as a result the price of the stone (comparable in every aspect except ours was rated by GIA and EE Robins showed us ones rated by EGL) was a couple hundred dollars higher.

Erin never pushed us to go higher and even (when I got greedy) advised that we could always trade in for bigger down the line so not to rush now. She even took taxes and the band into account when showing us diamonds so that our final walk-out price wasn't larger than the budget we have given her.

After we chose a diamond, my fiance mentioned that he would like the ring in 3 days to show off at a party we were going to. Erin made that happen. She even went out of her way to get my ring resized THAT DAY (day of the party) when it turned out to be a little too small!! Most places make you wait a couple days to do that.

The diamonds are all GIA certified and ours came with insurance as well!

It was the best experience I could have imagined and I will never go anywhere else in Seattle. Needless to say, all my friends will also shop there.

• Cons: Parking, but it's downtown Seattle, what do you expect?

UNMATCHED QUALITY / PRICE

If you consider your self an educated diamond buyer, and your time is precious, then you owe it to yourself to go to GTC. After doing my research, looking all over the U.S, hearing every sales pitch known to man, looking at diamond after diamond, each time being disappointed, companies wanting me to put money down before they would get in what I was looking for, many companies betting that I was not educated and did not know what I was looking for, hoping to make a sale... the large retail companies are a joke. After talking with Dave a few times on the phone, hearing no hype, no insults telling me I am crazy to want what I want , @ the price I want... and looking at everything within a 100 miles, then calling around to other states...I called Dave to say I would be willing to drive up from Portland, he called and told me he had found something similair to what I had asked for, he asked for no money up front, and there was no pressure. When I arrived, and looked @ the diamond, it was everything and more, the clarity was amazing, and so was the price. A crystal clear emerald is hard to find... needless to say I purchased it on the spot. It was independently appraised @ over twice the value I paid, and when people who really know diamonds see it on my fiancee`s hand, their eyes light up. What Dave tells you, is what it is, no fluff, no hype. If you are an educated person or professional, you will really appreciate Daves low key style of just deliver the goods. If you are not, then I highly recommend letting Dave show you the ropes, your wife will be greatful you went the x-tra mile. Nathan in Portland
