Very nice optical shop. Customer service was fantastic. I enjoyed talking with the opticians and the doctor. Keep up the awesome work.

Bad service

Dr. was curteous and professional but service was horrible. The older woman working the front desk was rude, continually making unnecessary comments. Will not go back because of this. Only went because it was close to my work. Another co-worker also echoed my feelings and will also not going there in the future.
best eye doctor in seattle at the best price too!!!!

Went there because it's in downtown and close to work. Mistake. They gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts, so I returned and got new testing done. Their staff do not pay attention to detail. They were supposed to call me when my contacts came in or if they did not get it by a certain date. No calls, so I called them. They were nice enough to give me some free contacts to accomodate my traveling schedule.
Overall, I would not suggest going there and I will be looking for a new place come next year.
- Pros: close to downtown (across from Pacific Place mall)
Avoid at all costs.

I had a horrible experience at this shop. First, I've gone there before and when I called to make an appointment they didn't bother to mention that my usual doctor was no longer there. Imagine my surprise when I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by a totally different person. Next, they are mostly just rude there. They double charged me and they billed my insurance for a service I didn't even have done causing me to end up with all sorts of other troubles when I went to a different shop to get new glasses. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To top it off I just found out that my contacts were recalled. They never contacted me to discuss this. I had to find it out for myself.
- Pros: Location if you work downtown
- Cons: Everything else
