Meridian bought my real estate note. I would do it again.. First class operation. I sold my cabin near Index and carried the note. Meridian bought

the note from me. Nice people and a beautiful office in downtown Seattle.

If you visit, you must see the conference room - 5 stars.

I also received a great price for my note. I shopped 3 other buyers. Meridian paid the most.

Crooks, Liars, and probably trying to get bailout money. Do not be defrauded by these clowns, whether it's their loanshark-style interest rates or fraudulent securities! A house of cards company that DFI or the AG will be investigating soon if there's any justice in the world. You're better off burning your money than giving it to these hucksters.
