Pros close to pike place and water concierage cons arrogant management (gets worse as I got close to renting) frequent service disruptions (7 days in 2007 without electricity, 10 days out in 2006 because of a fire) toilet bowls perineally clogged. water temperature variable. high rent
Pros: great location
Cons: high rent, arrogant management, bad maintenance, frequent breakdowns, parking dingy and corners smells funny

It is a great place to call home, the staff is super friendly and helpfull.
Pros: Movie night, Climbing wall
Cons: lobby art, Elevator
