Pleasant experience overall

This was our first trip to Seattle, and this hotel was in our price range and close to most attractions we were interested in. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping service was prompt and thorough. Our view was of a side wall of the Hyatt, but we weren't staying there for the view anyway! The restaurant was so loud on Friday night that it made my head hurt, but when we went back for Sunday brunch, it was lovely. All of the staff I dealt with were very nice, except for one man at the front desk that seemed incredulous that I would have a question for him.m All in all, a nice first experience with this hotel chain. We would definitely go back.
- Pros: location, price, staff
- Cons: none
Wonderful for his resting and her shopping!

We had a terrific stay! Our Yorkies were greeted and welcomed as well as we were. Shopping was so close and convenient. Accommodations were cozy, comfy and welcoming! Locations for walking our pups were convenient and well lit. Staff was courteous and prompt with fulfilling all requests. We would stay there again in a heart beat! We lucked out with a parking promotion.
We had a fantastic time!

We had tickets to a concert on Friday night and decided to book a room and stay. The room was very comfortable with great views of the city and the staff were very friendly. Dragonfish was an excellent choice for dinner before the show - they knew we had tickets and made sure that we were there on time. Saturday we walked to the Market and shopped everywhere in between. I'm already thinking about staying there for a weekend of Christmas Shopping!
- Pros: Close to everything , Friendly Staff, Great view rooms
