I was in a delima....my daughter's wedding in 5 days and she wanted her shoes dyed. Every place I called gave me a two week turn around, no exception. When I called Shoe Express, a small shoe place on the backside of the Washington Mutual Tower, this guy said "no problem, bring them in". So I did and true to his word we got the shoes back the day before the wedding and they were beautiful! I thank this shop for it's "can do" attitude and will be back with all my shoe repairs in the future.
