They were 2 weeks late with my shoes. Had a couldn't care less attitude. When my shoes finally were done, it took them 30 minutes to find them among the mess in the store.
Pros: ok work,
Cons: Horrible customer service, unknown when you'll actually get your shoes.

I've always had great service and results from these folks. Their work is top-notch, and they really know how to treat hand-made shoes. I recommend them to everyone I know!
