This was the worst experience ever - I was getting my bikini line done and on the second visit, they burned the skin. It is now a year later and I still have significant scarring and discoloration. Thank GOD it was in an area that is not publicly visible! Not only were they unprofessional, but they should not be allowed to practice with the lack of knowledge.

So, it's like pulling teeth to get the technicians to actually return your call. I had 2 treatments there with little to no results. The icing on top of the cake was when the technician asked if I could pay (the technician) in cash. You draw your own conclusion. I regret not making a fuss about it and reporting it. I now go to some other clinic, with friendly and highly professional staff and guess what, they actually return your call on time!
