Friendly, Educated Staff, Great Selection, Thorough Doctor. I have been going to Visions Northwest for 3 years now. Dr. Bird is awesome! He is very thorough and really educates you on what he is doing and why.

His office staff is what amazes me and keeps me coming back every year. Staff is tremendously motivated to help you out when selecting the right look and fit for your glasses. Also, the selection of the higher-end brands is what I really like (Fendi, Prada, Miu Miu, etc).

They offer good discounts for returning customers and work hard to satisfy your expectations. Highly recommended and conveniently located in DT Seattle for those whose business office is too.

Convenient and good service. I have been meaning to write this for almost 2 months now…Dr. Bird has been a great optometrist to find. His office is very conveniently located in downtown area and his team is friendly and courteous. I received a thorough annual eye exam and got my questions answered nicely. If you are looking for a nice service and knowledgeable people this is the clinic to go!

Be careful.................... I was in and had a eye exam, and i was not impressed. The staff seemed unorganized, and the Dr. was a little to anxious, and nervous for me. I was helped by a woman in the office.. unfortunately, she was more intent on tralking about herself, and her knowledge, than listening to my needs and concerns. The office is very small, and the carpet smells as if its full of mold. I would not recomend this experienced to anyone I know!! There are way . to many nice Opticals in this town. Try to avoid this one if you can..............
