What People Are Saying About Washington State Convention and Trade Center

In Short
Downtown's glass-encased civic center boasts immense square footage and loading docks galore. Conventions can get large, but there is ample space available--rooms that have over 105,000 square-feet of heavy-load exhibition space, that is. Much of the Convention Center is open to the public, and seven onsite restaurants, Kinko's, a health club, beauty salon and massage parlor make it a valuable resource for conventioneers and passers-through alike.

There are two home/remodeling shows this wkend, Jan 2-3-4, '09: at the WSCTC and the Puyallup Fairgrounds. I'd like to go to one. The Puyallup website is not listing the exhibitors, neither is the WSCTC. Which has the most? the best for my needs? Parking is free in Puyallup, but how much is it at the WSCTC? FTR I hate going into Seattle because of $$$$$ parking, but I'd try the WSCTC if I knew how much. Taking the bus leaves me a sitting duck for panhandlers, and my car for break-ins at the P&R.
