Decent. I go there due to convenience of location. Food, beer, and prices are decent.

Employees on drugs. The staff is very thin and pale and very unstable.

Poor Service/Bad attitude. I went in with a friend and after waiting 45 minutes for our food while we watched two tables that came in after us eat their pizza. We asked if they had ordered ahead of time but they hadn't. I finally went up to the counter and we were still 4 orders back from the food even being made much less brought to out table. We left. IT was also FREEZING cold inside. I'm very sad that the service was so bad and the waitress acted as if WE were the ones being unreasonable. I would have liked an apology instead of a blank confused stare. Horrible!

It's the Bees Knees. This place is great. The beer was cheap, the people there were friendly, and the staff was nice. I got an amazing calzone, perhaps the best calzone I've ever had..and the house salad that came with it was perfect. I recommend it for anyone that wants to hang/drink out in a cozy, friendly atmosphere with better quality food than you would get anywhere comparable.

Service based on small ego. vvThe food is good, and most of the staff I've met were helpfull. Not all. I went in today at 2:30pm Tuesday 10/2/07. I asked for a drink and an order of food. I was reading a book and in my own head when I finished my drink. I pointed to the glass to indicate a refill, intent on my book. The next thing I know the bartender is giving me a hard time for not meeting his eyes and talking to him when I asked for a refill. This escalated and I was asked to not return. Apparently with some of the staff you have to kiss their a** to get a drink or food, and failure to do so is grounds for being asked to leave. I wasn't looking for a confrontation, I was only interested in reading my book and relaxing, but these items are not on the menu without a degree of smooching to sooth fragile egos. This is stupid. I don't go to -any- place to kiss the butts of the people who work there. I don't expect them to kiss mine either. I just expect to get my drink and food, and be otherwise left alone. I suspect most of the staff is not like this, but whoever is working there during this shift needs to grow up.

Good Place If You Are in the Neighborhood. Great little pizza joint. Very down to earth and casual. The crew is friendly and efficient and fit in with the neighborhood guests. The pizzas are good to great and reasonably priced. Additions are often done without a charge. Drinks are always good but sometimes they are down right potent! If I am in the mood for pizza and am in the area I always look them up.

only good for liquor. the pizza bianco is completely dry, inedible. it has a mix of rough, dry textures and pockets of uncooked dough. my friend reports losing tastebuds from the crust. no sauce whatsoever. dry toppings. a terrible judgment call by whoever came up with it, and i had the misfortune of paying 20 dollars for this cracker with cheese on it.

the caesar salad looked good, but tasted like plain lettuce with no real flavor.

their house red must be two buck chuck - it is watery, flavorless.

i would only come here for beer, or hard liquor, because someone else makes it.

Great pizza. I love the pizza and calzones here. Parking can be tricky around here, but the food and the beers are excellent. Nice cozy neighborhood atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Regular Top Spot.... I have been consuming the food at Pazzo's for a couple of years now, and it has always been pleasing. I love the pizzas, calzones and the house salad is awesome! One can always be seated so that the current baseball, basketball or football game is not missed. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and the ice they use is the best kind (the tiny crunchy cubes, like at taco time). I don't like the smoke that drifts into the non-smoking section, and that the waitresses are dressed poorly (very skimpy) sometimes. Also, once I ordered to-go, and after I picked it up I noticed that they had not added the chicken on my pesto pizza... it did not taste the same. So I recommend dining there so that you may make sure that everything is just right. Aside from those, I could eat here anytime.
