Outstanding Bridal Shop!. This was the second bridal shop that I went to. The first was David's Bridal and there was really no comparison. Bridget was my sales person and she was so fantastic! I went in hoping I might find a dress that would work for me (I'm not really into frilly princess stuff) and actually found a dress that I LOVE. Actually, Bridget found it for me. I was concerned about time because I went in with just over three months to go before my wedding. Bridget was very reassuring and encouraged me to just focus on finding a dress that I loved and that we would find a way to make it work. And we did! I just picked my dress up yesterday and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience there.

Thrilled I Shopped at I Do !. My mom was in town and we showed up without an app. yesterday (a busy Saturday) and they squeezed us in once my mom explained she was only here for two days from CA. Jen and another salesgirl brought out so many choices it was so hard to decide. I ended up purchasing a gown and veil and these girls made it even more special for me to know my mother was part of this experience. I will reccommend I Do to all my friends and future brides, I think they have something for everyone ! Thanks girls !

Avoid at all costs. Finding a wedding gown is supposed to be a wonderful experience. That will not be the case if you shop at I Do Bridal. The gown selection is tiny as are the dressing rooms, the staff looks like they are still hung over from an all night mosh pit and the whole place has a dirty sleezy feel to it. Think used car sales lot. To add insult to injury, the manager is rude and the prices are too high.

Very good experience. I went to a couple of shops in Seattle and Tukwila before going to "I Do Bridal" in Wallingford. I really liked this shop - it's smaller, but it has a good selection at reasonable prices and the staff is competent and great to work with. I had such a good experience that I'm really surprised about the negative reviews.

Made me a seriously happy bride!. I chose to visit I Do Bridal as they responded so fast to my inquiry email (two other bridal shops have not responded to my emails yet!) The email was prompt and polite and offered me an appointment within 4 days of my email. They asked me lots of questions and I explained my bad experiences with two Bellevue bridal shops and my desires to find a dress. I actually felt relieved when I was emailing with them, they seemed like they were ready to help me and that I wasnt hopeless! I am not your standard bride, I have no big-white-wedding day dreams. I am just ready to marry my Fiance!

I took my fiance's sister-in-law with me and Bridget cheerfully greeted us. I told her I would try on anything she wanted to show me, I was most drawn to beading, but not lace, A-line skirts and I have no neckline preferences (strapless, spaghetti strap, halter, whatever was OK.) I am short, curvy and a little self conscious about my bust, so I wanted something that wasn't going to hide my body, but wasnt going to be too revealing. Bridget took less than 20 minutes to assemble at least 12 dresses. Bridget was boisterous, exciting, fun and had an amazing sense of humor, she was just a bright, happy person with a very bubbly personality. She helped me in and out of several of them and I loved 2 of them immediately. Then there was the Casablanca Bridal 1831 dress. It was THE ONE. I loved it. Bridget loved it. My future sister-in-law was teary eyed. The other sales ladies came in and out and complimented the dress. I bought it right then and there, no question. I am so pleased.

I am no longer a dress-less bride, I am happily moving forward with my wedding, NOT in a tuxedo t-shirt and I have already made plans to take my maid-of-honor back to look at their bridesmaids' dresses and I am taking my friend/co-worker back to look at their exceptional section of affordable dresses. I Do Bridal may not get more of my bridal business, but I am telling everyone they rock!

Poor Attitude. I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding and we were excited to go to I Do Bridal. Unfortunately our consultant did not offer her the "bridal" experience she was hoping for. Immediately I was made to feel a nuisance by the consultant. When she asked the budget things took a turn for the worse. Although the bride's father would've paid anything, the bride is frugal so we said under $1000, $500-$600 would be ideal. Mistake. From that point on it was clear the consultant couldn't care less about this bride. The ONLY time her eyes lit up was when my bride picked out a $2000 dress to try on. She immediately gushed about how beautiful it was and pulled it. She stopped pulling when she had maybe 7-8 dresses and said we have enough. I noticed how lovely some of the other consultants in the salon were dressed, as opposed to ours in cargo pants, T-shirt and a sweater. She was totally condescending to us both and when we had about 15 minutes left in our hour appt. would look at the clock everytime I found a new dress for the bride to try. The real kicker was when the first dress tried on didn't flatter the bride we nixed it and said we didn't like the sweetheart neckline. In an obvious attempt to hurry us along midway through the appointment the consultant put one of the pulled dresses back before the bride tried it on, "it has a sweetheart neckline and you said you didn't like those," dripping with a "since you're so smart" sarcasm. Well, the rest of the dress had everything we liked! I put it back in the dressing room and it ended up being one of 2 dresses the bride liked! Only then did the consultant find out that the neckline could be altered. We were out of there in our hours time and without saying a word to each other as soon as we were out the door the bride said, "what terrible customer service! I will never buy from here!" Hopefully this consultant was just having a bad day or I Do Bridal will surely lose customers because of her.

TA DA! Well done again, I DO BRIDAL. Being that I work in the event industry, I take my referrals to clients, and friends very seriously. Not one client, friend or family member I've sent to I DO BRIDAL, has ever been dissapointed with them. Most recently, I was asked to be part of the Dress shopping for, A dear friend and his now wife. I jumped at the chance to take her to I DO BRIDAL. Men, dont get a say in dress shops very often. We had a great time. Love, these gals...so happy, professional, and super easy to work with. TA DA...she found her dress. I, couldnt believe my eyes when I saw her in the final dress she tried on. Being a very petite girl, they got her the right, size, length, and style for her body. I must say she was an incredible vision, walking down the aisle. The groom, was blown away, when he saw her come down the aisle. THANKS, LADIES, another Well done job.

Pleasant shopping experience. This is the first time that I have ever written a review about a shopping experience but, I was so blown away by the kind and genuine people that worked at this little store.

Tuesday I went on a quest with my mom and sister to find the perfect dress for my Valentine's Day wedding. (Yes, this year!) My sister got married last August and took me to her favorite stores. I found quite a few dresses that I liked but, nothing looked exactly like the magazine photos on my body if you know what I mean.

It was a reallyl cheerful greeting when I walked in although, I will admit I was a little intimidated as they had the gowns sort of hidden away in a curtained off room. The lady who helped me there was named Jen and she was spunky and straight forward. She picked out a few dresses as I was trying on and talked me into trying on one that I would have NEVER considered on the hanger. It was strapless and beaded (which I knew I DIDN'T want) but, when I put it on I knew that was it. It has a lace up back and I think it is made by Magie Sottego?

There was no pressure to buy it that day and we had one more store to visit so we went to lunch to think it over. I barely paid the check down the street before I ran back to buy it! There was a credit towards the veil I picked and I got a cute black bag with stuff in it when I paid. Yesterday I got home and there was a Thank you note in the mail from them and I was again blown away at how organized and thoughtful they are.

This wedding dress shopping thing was a little overwhelming to me and my mom and sister said the same thing. We were all really grateful for such a warm and inviting place to find the dress I know Antwon will love.

attacked. My sister just purchased a dress that was in stock used for trying on at I Do Bridal this week. They were told when they purchased it that there was nothing wrong with the dress-it might just need a cleaning. When they took the dress out of the bag the next day they were shocked to find several significant rips in the bottom half of the skirt. When they called the store to see what could be done, instead of being offered an apology, solutions, or advice they were attacked and told that they must have ripped the dress themselves in an attempt to put one over on the store- like any bride would do that! I guess customer service ends the second that they have your money. I would definitely not recommend this store!

Great gowns, great prices knowledgeable staff. I shopped at many bridal salons when I was looking for that perfect dress. I had the best experience at I do Bridal in Wallingford. The customer service was great, it is a fun, friendly, low pressure environment. The person that helped me listened to me describe the perfect dress and also pulled other opptions she thought would look good on me. We had alot of fun trying on, and I felt very comfortable. At my first visit we narrowed it down to 3 choices and at my second visit I choose the dress. The whole experience was very stress free and every time I came to the sore they knew me by name, that special touch made me feel very important to them. I also ordered my bridesmaids gowns their as well and we had the same wonderful experience. All the dresses came in a couple weeks early and the service from the entire staff was great form start to finish.
