This store is stocked with hip half-pint hats, kid size umbrellas, and knotty dolls--and it's also a great place to find gifts like fleece blankets and hypoallergenic dolls. Past the rows of cute kids clothes, behind the stuffed animals and wooden fire truck is the best part of Rising Stars: a crafts section. It's small, but there's felt, cool crayons and a row of books with all sorts of rainy day project recipes.

User review by emarci. This is a magical place to shop for children's clothes, gifts, books, toys, etc. They have new items as well as used in their adjacent consignment shop. This is a true find in a great neighborhood. Check it out!
