What People Are Saying About Paseo Caribbean Restaurant

In Short – Though this small, spartan restaurant doesn't advertise (there isn't even a sign to mark its simple white facade), it inspires a cult-like following due in part to the Midnight Cuban, a pulled pork sandwich garnished with fresh cilantro and garlic mayonnaise. Heartier appetites can opt for full dinner plates, complete with rice and beans. Vegetarians swear by the grilled tofu sandwich, a meat-free version of the Midnight Cuban.

This hole in the wall place serves up the best cuban pork sandwiches I've ever had. Every trip back to seattle involves a visit to Paseo
